Booking Terms & Policies

At Gather and Glow Photography, we want every client to have an amazing experience from booking to receiving their final gallery. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking your session.

💳 Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your session is not officially booked until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid at the beginning of your session. . If the remaining balance is not paid on time, your session may be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

❌ Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen and plans can change. If you need to cancel your session, please let us know 24 hours in advance.

Because your deposit is used to reserve your date and time, deposits are non-refundable. If you let us know 24 hours in advance, your deposit will transfer to your rescheduled shoot. If you fail to let us know at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will not transfer to your next session.

📅 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Repeated or last-minute rescheduling may result in the loss of your original deposit and require a new deposit to secure another date.

⏰ Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Your session time is reserved specifically for you, and arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your shoot.

If you are more than 5 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply. After 10 minutes your session will be canceled.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you're ready to go at your scheduled start time!

What areas do you serve?

Gather and Glow is based out of Teravista in Round Rock, TX. Locations within 15 miles are included at no additional charge in all packages and bookings. For locations beyond 15 miles, a $15 travel fee will apply, with an additional $10 charge for every 5 miles beyond the initial 15-mile radius.

What makes yall 'special'?

At Gather and Glow Photography, we believe your photos should feel like you — not like they were created from a preset or a template.

📸 Every Photo Is Personally Edited
Every photo you receive is personally edited by Presley. She does not use preset edits or one-click filters. Each image is individually edited to make sure the lighting, colors, and overall look complement you and capture the moment beautifully.

🤍 We Truly Care About Your Experience
We genuinely care about choosing and taking the photos that capture you at your best. During your session, we pay attention to the little details — your expressions, poses, lighting, and the moments that feel the most natural — so your final gallery represents the best version of your experience.

✨ Personal, Not Generic
No two clients are the same, so no two galleries should be either. We take the time to understand what you want from your session and create photos that feel personal, authentic, and true to you.

💗 Affordable Photography
Professional photography shouldn't have to be something that's completely out of reach. We work hard to keep our sessions affordable and accessible while still providing photos and an experience we're proud to put our name behind.

At Gather and Glow Photography, we're not just here to take pictures. We're here to capture you in a way you'll love looking back on.

When will I receive my gallery?

You can expect to receive your gallery up to two weeks from the date of your photo shoot!

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

If bad weather conditions are expected. We will communicate with you the morning of your shoot to discuss options. Depending on the severity of the weather it is possible we will need to reschedule your photoshoot to protect our equipment. We will get you rescheduled that same day as quickly as possible, and your deposit will transfer to the new shoot set date!

Can I bring friends or family to my session?

Of course! Family and friends are welcome to come to the shoot to cheer you on, help you feel comfortable, and make the experience even more fun! We just ask that they be respectful of the session and allow us to stay focused on creating the best photos possible.

Can I have a session with my pet?

Of course! Pets are welcome to join your session as long as they are trained, well-behaved, and can be safely managed throughout the shoot. We just ask that you bring anything they may need to keep them comfortable! We do ask that if you are going to want photos not including the pet, to bring somebody else is there as the care taker.

Do you show me how to pose?

Yes! While Presley captures your photos, Clara will be there to guide you through posing and show you exactly what to do throughout the session. Of course, we’re always happy to recreate any poses you have in mind, but if you’re not sure how to pose, don’t worry, we’ve got you!
